1. Service
AIFOREXPRO provides web-based tools and AVA features for creating, reviewing, managing and publishing digital content. Some features may connect to third-party platforms, including social networks, through their official authorization and publishing interfaces.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for content you choose to create, approve or publish, for maintaining access to your connected accounts, and for complying with the rules of any third-party platform you use.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party account, AIFOREXPRO may use the permissions you explicitly grant to perform the requested feature, such as uploading or publishing approved content. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and policies.
4. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you already hold in content you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish does not infringe the rights of others. AIFOREXPRO branding, software and site design remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
5. Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, be interrupted or depend on third-party APIs and services that are outside our control.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious automation, infringement, impersonation, spam or activity that violates a connected platform's rules.
7. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIFOREXPRO is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or from changes, restrictions or outages of third-party platforms.
