1. Information we process
AIFOREXPRO may process information you submit to the service, technical request information, publishing metadata, and authorization data required to connect third-party accounts and provide requested features.
2. TikTok and other connected accounts
When you connect TikTok or another supported platform, authorization is performed through that platform's official OAuth flow. We do not ask for or store your TikTok password. We may store access or refresh tokens, granted scopes, account identifiers, publishing status and remote content identifiers when needed to provide the connected feature.
3. Store analytics and first-party cookies
The AVA public store uses limited first-party analytics to count store visits, distinguish repeat visitors, measure artwork views and Buy-button engagement, and understand broad traffic sources such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Google, referral or direct traffic. A random pseudonymous visitor identifier and a recent source label may be stored in first-party cookies. The analytics event store does not intentionally save a visitor's name, email address or IP address. Purchase-order information is stored separately when a customer starts checkout.
4. How information is used
Information is used to operate the service, authenticate connected accounts, publish content you explicitly authorize, measure store performance, prevent duplicate publishing, diagnose errors, maintain security and improve reliability.
5. Sharing
Information may be sent to third-party platforms only as needed to perform features you request. We do not use connected-account authorization data for unrelated advertising targeting and we do not sell third-party platform authorization data.
6. Retention and disconnection
Authorization, publishing, store analytics and order records may be retained for as long as needed to operate the relevant feature, maintain history, prevent duplicates or meet legal and security requirements. Disconnecting a platform prevents new authorized actions through that connection, subject to data already retained for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may disconnect supported social accounts through available account controls. You may also revoke access through the connected platform's own account or security settings. Browser controls can be used to remove first-party store cookies.
9. Children
The connected publishing features are not directed to children and are intended for users who are permitted to operate the relevant third-party accounts.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated as the service and connected-platform requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
